Policy: It has always been WoodaDoodle’s
(woodadoodle.co.uk) policy to treat our customers the way we like to be
treated. No one likes the small print to read/ To comply with new legislation
(EC Distance Selling Directive) we are required to offer you our own 'large
print' version. Please note that your statutory rights under the current
consumer protection laws are not affected.
Data & Privacy: Your information given at
the time you place an order (for you or those you gift to) will be stored in
our database. It is used only to carry out your instructions and action your
payment. There are no circumstances under which, this information might be
passed to a third party.
Supply: We aim to supply you with the goods
described in these Web Pages or in our leaflets by any date you might
reasonably request knowing that our products are individually made to order and
posted. If you have an urgent order it is always advisable to discuss your
requirement on the telephone 01416477686 or 07866554391. Some of our products
are nearly always available for immediate despatch, those with a personalised
touch take longer, sometimes this may include 3 or 4 days of finish coats drying.
Unless we have specifically agreed otherwise, delivery will be as soon as
possible and not longer than 30 days. You will receive e-mail confirmation of
the order. The stock is also shown on the webpage.
Contact: We will only contact you in connection
with your instructions and keep you well informed should we have any
difficulties providing you with the specific goods ordered, to be delivered by
your date specified. We will not email you at all without your permission.
Delivery: Obviously you the customer recognise
that we rely on Royal Mail's postal service to perform the 'contract'. We
monitor the performance of our carriers continuously. Unfortunately there will
be a time, due to circumstances entirely beyond our control our goods have not
arrived by the requested time. As soon as we have learned of this we will
always offer immediate despatch of a replacement parcel - providing the
selected goods are available. Some items require several coats of varnish for
protection and this should always be kept in mind. Please note we only ship to
mainland

Guarantee: In the light of the above you will
appreciate we feel confident that we can guarantee your satisfaction with our
product and service. Again you should note that your statutory rights under the
current consumer protection laws are not affected.
Refunds: In the event of loss, late delivery or
dissatisfaction with the product supplied and a replacement is not acceptable,
the goods need to be returned at the recipients expense (possibly required by Royal Mail for their
investigations) but a full refund will be sent. If initial payment was through
PayPal®, then the refund will be made back to you through PayPal® . Our major
concern is to maintain our happy relationship with you our customer.
NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE - If for any reason you would like to return a product purchased from us, you can post it back to us in its original condition within 7 days from the date you received it, we will then issue you a refund for the item minus the P+P. Please contact us if you would like to do this and we will be only to happy to help. All returns/exchanges must be agreed in advance. Please contact us prior to returning any goods & head up your email "Returns" and include your name, items to be returned, date of purchase and reason for return. We will not accept unauthorized returns. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure all returned goods are sent within 7 working days of receipt, by Recorded Delivery & are returned in their new, unused condition & in their original packaging (if applicable).
Payment: All payment will be made in pounds (£)
sterling (GPB) using the PayPal® service which is secure. Although there will
be times when the product is not immediately available to dispatch, we do not
want to take your money at this point, we will seek money the week that your
order is to be posted – in most cases the week you order will be the week your
goods are made and dispatched. We encourage our customers to retain a copy of
the transaction and the relevant reference numbers. (BS7799 - Code of Practice
for Information Security Management).
Complaints: We take any complaint very
seriously and would expect to contact you almost by return, there could be a
time this might lead to a delay of 24 hours.We would expect to hear from you within 30 days of receiving
goods if there is a problem.
Law and Jurisdiction: Any contract for your
purchase from Woodadoodle (woodadoodle.co.uk) is governed by and has to be
interpreted under the Law of Scotland, and you agree that such contract will be
subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
